About the Journal
Ius Corporatum: Jurnal Penelitian Hukum (ICJ) is a peer-reviewed journal published by Sekolah Tinggi Hukum Bandung ISSN XXX-XXX (Online). Ius Corporatum: Jurnal Penelitian Hukum (ICJ) is a peer-reviewed journal published twice a year (April and October) by the Bandung School of Law. ICJ is intended to publish legal research results, both empirical and normative studies, especially in contemporary legal issues. Topics discussed include, but are not limited to, corporate law, criminal law, constitutional law, civil law, economic law, human rights law, international law, tax law, Islamic law, customary law, business law, environmental law, maritime law, and trade law, within the framework of the Indonesian legal system and Indonesian legal studies. If the manuscript submitted is not appropriate with the guidelines or written in a different format, it will BE REJECTED by the editors before further review. The editors will only accept manuscripts that meet the assigned format.
