Plagiarism Policy

Ius Corporatum: Jurnal Penelitian Hukum (ICJ) implements a strict anti-plagiarism policy to maintain the integrity of scientific publishing. All manuscripts submitted to Ius Corporatum: Jurnal Penelitian Hukum (ICJ) are expected to be plagiarism-free. Authors are strongly encouraged to use plagiarism detection software to check for similarity before submission. The editors will evaluate the results of this check during the initial manuscript evaluation stage. If plagiarism is detected and there are indications of plagiarism (above 20%), the editorial board will reject the manuscript directly in accordance with journal policy.
