Peer Review Process
Manuscripts submitted to Jurnal Wawasan Yuridika (JWY) will first be reviewed by the editor to determine whether the manuscript format is in accordance with the writing guidelines of Jurnal Wawasan Yuridika (JWY). Manuscripts that are in accordance with the guidelines for writing Jurnal Wawasan Yuridika (JWY) will be reviewed by independent reviewers who are competent in their fields according to focus and scope. The review process is carried out professionally and impartially by emphasizing the double blind review process to maintain objectivity. The review process will be processed for at least 4 weeks, but sometimes depends on revisions from the reviewer. During the submission, review, revision, resubmission, and production process, authors will be informed through http://ejournal.sthb.ac.id/index.php/jwy/. The final decision on manuscript acceptance is made by the editor based on the comments of the independent reviewers.
The reviewer makes a decision on the reviewed article, among others:
- Accept Subbmission(manuscript is accepted)
- Revisions Required(the manuscript needs to be revised by the author and returned to the Reviewer)
- Resubmit for Review(the manuscript should be reviewed by another Reviewer)
- Resubmit Elsewhere(the manuscript should be sent to another journal publisher)
- Decline Submission(article is rejected)

For plagiarism checking, the Editor will check the manuscript through Turnitin software. If any indication of plagiarism is found, the editor will immediately reject the article.
