Article Retraction & Withdrawal

Withdrawal

Authors can withdraw their own manuscripts if substantive errors are found.

The editor can cancel the publication if ethical violations (e.g. plagiarism) are proven.

If a withdrawal is made:

The journal provides written confirmation.

The record is marked as “Withdrawn” and the URL is redirected or an official notice is displayed.

Retraction
Is done in cases of:

Newly revealed plagiarism,

Data or methods are substantively incorrect,

Serious negligence such as incorrect distribution of data.

Procedure:

The editorial team conducts an investigation.

If a retraction is necessary, the journal issues a retraction notice:

Explaining the reasons,

Including references to the original article,

Maintaining access to the metadata/article so that the academic trail is clear.

Retracted articles will be watermarked “Retracted” and the notice will still appear in the journal catalog.
