Plagiarism Policy

Jurnal Wawasan Yuridika (JWY) implements an anti-plagiarism policy to maintain the integrity of scholarly publications. All submitted manuscripts will be screened using Turnitin plagiarism detection software. The maximum acceptable similarity index is 25%. Manuscripts that exceed this threshold may be returned to the authors for revision or rejected by the editors.

Any form of plagiarism, including self-plagiarism and duplicate publication, will not be tolerated and will be addressed in accordance with the journal's editorial policies.
