Announcement on the Resumption of Journal Management and Initial Manuscript Screening
Dear Authors,
We would like to inform you that the journal management process had temporarily been inactive due to technical issues affecting the OJS platform, including system disruptions caused by malware, as well as ongoing improvements to the editorial governance system. At present, the journal management team is carrying out improvements to the manuscript selection and administration system so that the publication process can run in a more orderly, transparent, and timely manner in accordance with scientific publishing standards.
In this regard, all submitted articles will undergo an initial screening based on the following requirements:
- The manuscript has been prepared in accordance with the journal template;
- The manuscript complies with the provisions stated in the Author Guidelines;
- The manuscript has undergone an initial similarity/plagiarism check in accordance with the standards set by the journal.
These three requirements are cumulative; therefore, a manuscript can only be processed further if all requirements have been fulfilled. Articles that meet the initial requirements will be promptly followed up by the editorial team as part of the effort to accelerate manuscript management and address the publication backlog.
