Author Guidelines

MANUSCRIPT FORMAT

Manuscript are written with a number of words around 4000 to 6000 words, using Palatino Linotype 11 font with 1.5 spaces on A4 paper with top, right, bottom, and left margins of 2.5 cm each. Use MS Word.

Issued Systematics: Title, Author Name (without title), Name of Institution / Author Institution, Email Author, Abstract (in English and Indonesian), Keywords, INTRODUCTION, RESEARCH METHODS, RESULTS AND DISCUSSION, CONCLUSION, BIBLIOGRAPHY.

Title

The article title is specific, effective, clear and no more than 15 words (Palatino Linotype Font 14pt, Bold, Left, Space 1).

Author's Full Name (without title, Palatino Linotype font 11pt, Bold, Left, Space 1)

Institution / Institution Name (Palatino Linotype font 11pt, Left, Space 1)

Abstract

Abstract is written between 100-150 words, in two languages, i.e. Indonesian and English. The contents of the abstract include research objectives, research methods, and research results. Abstract is written 1 paragraph (font Palatino Linotype 9pt, Justify, space 1).

Keywords

Consists of 3 to 5 words. Written in alphabetical order. Between keywords separated by semicolons (;).

A. INTRODUCTION

The introduction must be clear which contains brief information about the background of the problem that contains: what was studied, why it was examined, for what was studied, and how it was solved. At the end of the paragraph, state the purpose of the study.

B. RESEARCH METHODS

The research method contains the following: research specifications, type of research, research methods, approach methods, data collection techniques, and data analysis methods. The research method is written descriptively.

C. RESULTS AND DISCUSSION

Results and discussion contain a description of the analysis of research results to provide answers / solutions to the research problem. If there are details in accordance with the problems discussed, then you can use the writing sub-section as follows.

1. Sub Chapter (Palatino Linotype 11 font, Bold, Uppercase letter at the beginning of each word)

In the Sub chapter, avoid using dot points, dedication, or numbering as follows.

Articles are written in essay form, so there are no numeric or alphabetical formats that separate chapters / sections, or to mark new chapters / sections. Tables and pictures / graphics are only found in the discussion.

D. CONCLUSION

The concluding statement contains conclusions which are short answers to the problems discussed. Conclusions are not made by points but in the form of paragraphs.

BIBLIOGRAPHY

Bibliography must be written in the style of the Chicago Manual of Style System Ed. 17th (Fullnote), with a distance of one space, using Palatino Linotype 11pt font. Please use the Application Reference Manager such as Mendeley or Zotero.

Starting from 2020, Jurnal Wawasan Yuridika changed the article processing charge policy to improve the quality of journal management. All accepted articles in Vol. 6 No. 2 (2022) is the object of this policy change. The author required to pay IDR. 2.000.000 after the manuscript has been accepted by editorial.
