Jurnal Wawasan Yuridika (JWY) is a peer-reviewed journal published by Sekolah Tinggi Hukum Bandung. Jurnal Wawasan Yuridika (JWY) is a Journal published biannually in March and September. This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

The aims of this journal is to provide a venue for academicians, researchers and practitioners for publishing the original research articles or review articles. The scope of the articles published in this journal deal with a broad range of topics, including:criminal law, business law, civil law, administrative law, Islamic Law, constitutional law, international law, Customary Law, Economic Law, Human Rights Law, and another section related contemporary issues in law.

Furthermore, based on the Decree of the General Director of Strengthening the Research, Technology and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia No. 36/E/KPT/2019, it was designated as an Accredited Scientific Journal (Sinta 2) from Vol. 3 No. 2, 2019 to Vol. 8 No. 1, 2024.

Registered as a member of Crossref system with Digital Object Identifier (DOI) prefix 10.25072. All articles will have DOI number.
